Refund policy

We want you to love the art you bring home. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email service@yqxhzs.com.cn with your order number.

Damaged in transit

Every parcel is insured. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Refund processing

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5鈥?0 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

Commissioned or personalised works cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
