Customs & import duties

Returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, contact us at service@yqxhzs.com.cn within 14 days of delivery. Items returned in their original condition and packaging are eligible for a full refund once inspected.
If your order arrives damaged, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
