We deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and major European countries. Every artwork is quality-checked, protectively wrapped and dispatched within 2-4 business days. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Complimentary Express Delivery

Shipping is free on every order — there are no shipping charges at checkout. Express delivery typically arrives within 3-9 business days depending on your destination.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Guarantee

We cover all import duties, taxes, and customs fees for orders delivering to North America, the UK, and Europe. The price at checkout is fully inclusive—no hidden fees or unexpected customs charges upon delivery.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, contact us at customercare@autumgoose.com within 14 days of delivery. Items returned in their original condition and packaging are eligible for a full refund once inspected.

If your order arrives damaged, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
