Are the artworks original?

Yes. Every piece in our collection is an original work by an independent artist, and each artwork ships with a certificate of authenticity.

Where do you ship from?

Artworks are dispatched directly from our partner artists’ studios in China. Each piece is quality-checked and carefully packaged before it leaves the studio.

How can I become a featured artist?

We would love to hear from you. Email customercare@autumgoose.com with a link to your portfolio and a brief introduction.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal — you can pay with your PayPal balance or with any major credit or debit card through PayPal’s secure guest checkout, no PayPal account required. Every order is covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.

Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days to the US and UK, 10–18 business days to most other destinations. Express options are available at checkout. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is complimentary on every order, with no charges at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Will I be charged customs duties?

No. All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are fully covered by us (DDP) for orders delivering to North America, the UK, and Europe. The price you pay at checkout is final.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. If your order arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours and we will make it right. See Shipping & Returns for details.
