Are the artworks original?

Yes. Every piece in our collection is an original work by an independent artist, and each artwork ships with a certificate of authenticity.

Where do you ship from?

Artworks are dispatched directly from our partner artists’ studios in China. Each piece is quality-checked and carefully packaged before it leaves the studio.

How can I become a featured artist?

We would love to hear from you. Email service@yqxhzs.com.cn with a link to your portfolio and a brief introduction.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal — you can pay with your PayPal balance or with any major credit or debit card through PayPal’s secure guest checkout, no PayPal account required. Every order is covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.

Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days to the US and UK, 10–18 business days to most other destinations. Express options are available at checkout. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $300. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Can I track my order?

Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Will I be charged customs duties?

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your local customs authority. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. If your order arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours and we will make it right. See Shipping & Returns for details.
